CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm by Supervisor Shrope at Brighton
Town Hall, 12 County Rd 31, (aka Jones Pond Road) Paul Smiths, New York on Thursday 6 October 2022, with the following:

APPOINTMENT OF SECRETARY TO RECORD MINUTES: Supervisor Shrope made a motion that Councilmember Amber McKernan be authorized to record the minutes of the meeting. Second by Matthew Szeliga

MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS THE EMPLOYMENT OF A PARTICULAR PERSON by Peter Shrope. Second by Amber McKernan
