BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW (BAR)
TOWN OF BRIGHTON – FRANKLIN COUNTY, NY

The Board of Assessment Review met on Thursday, June 1, 2023, from 5pm to 9pm at the Brighton Town Hall, 12 County Road 31, Paul Smiths, NY, with the following:

PRESENT: Chair Clifford Wagner
Board of Assessment Review (BAR) Members: Mike DeDivitis, Paul Pillis, and Tom Seymour
Absent: Pete McConville

OTHERS PRESENT: Elaine Sater ñ Recording Secretary and Roseanne Gallagher-Assessor

CALL TO ORDER
Board of Assessment was called to order at 5pm by Chair Clifford Wagner

Notice of this meeting was posted at the Town Hall and published in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise on May 1, 2023.

Assessor Roseanne Gallagher had no changes for the BAR. No property owners appeared in person.

Adjournment at 9 pm motion made by Chair Clifford Wagner, second by Michael DeDivitis, Aye 4 (DeDivitis, Pillis, Seymour, Wagner), Nay 0, Absent 1 (McConville)
